What does I-Gaming Admins do?
We provide two services to online gaming operators: outsourced payment processing — deposits, withdrawals, document checks, PSP liaison, reporting and settlement — and affiliate partnerships that connect operators with affiliate consultants.
Do you work with our existing payment providers and policies?
Yes. We work inside your setup: your payment providers, e-wallets and bank accounts, your Fraud and Risk policy, your AML and compliance procedures and your SLAs.
How is affiliate commission agreed?
By fixed fees, CPA or a combination of both, depending on the target market and audience. There are no hidden fees, and the deal is ratified in a three-party contract between the operator, the affiliate consultant and IGA.
Where are you based?
Our head office is in Valletta, Malta. We’re open Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00 and Saturday 08:00–14:00, Malta time.
Which queries can your team handle?
Payments, risk, AML, responsible gambling (RG), PSP and finance queries, as well as escalations from your customer service department.
Do you send reports?
Yes. We extract reports on a regular basis to make sure your payment providers are operating properly, and we confirm deposits are settled into your e-wallets and bank accounts.
Do you process withdrawals and deposits?
Yes. We process payments through your payment providers, e-wallets and bank accounts within your SLAs, and settle deposits into your accounts.
Is there a fee for affiliates?
Billing is transparent and agreed up front. There are no hidden fees or costs, and you deal directly with the affiliate consultant.
What is the difference between CPA and revenue share?
CPA pays the affiliate a set amount for each qualifying new player. Revenue share pays a percentage of the revenue those players generate over time. Our deals are agreed as fixed fees, CPA or a combination, set by market and audience.
Which verticals can affiliate deals cover?
Deals are shaped by vertical and market — online casino, live casino, sportsbook, esports betting, poker, bingo and lottery all behave differently. Tell us yours and we will suggest the right match.
